Our 1 hour Spinning Specific sessions are an extremely dynamic and fun means toward burning fat and improving your cardiovascular fitness. Every client uses our heart rate monitoring system which ensures that your intensity will be specific to your own body and allows us as your trainers to maximize your workout. Assessment

High Altitude Fitness Assessment

Our Fitness Assessments are the critical determinant of your own unique personal training program. We do not believe all exercises are beneficial for all people so it is foundational that we perform a Fitness Assessment prior to the design of your program. This enables us to incorporate only the best exercises for you while limiting any exercises that my prove dangerous or ineffective. In addition, this also serves as a platform for us to measure your results on a monthly basis which you will have access to via a unique member login to view your specific results through an array of graphs and charts.

    Redefining personal training™ through highly individualized small group personal training - created because the historic one on one model is often far too expensive to afford for consistency and the boot camp approach lacks in individualizing. We individually assess every client and design specific exercises that will safely and effectively produce the best possible results. It is unsafe and unproductive to have all people perform all of the same exercises. Everyone has a different health history coupled with different goals and desires that we always consider when designing our training regimens. In addition, we provide detailed and ongoing nutritional accountability because the quality and quantity of food consumed can make or break even the best fitness regimens. Every personal trainer with us is certified through a nationally accredited agency (NCCA), and undergoes an initial and ongoing rigorous training process to ensure our service consistently exceeds expectations.     High Altitude Personal Training™ was founded in 2009 in the beautiful city of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our mission statement "to be the best individualized small group personal training facility and to dramatically produce positive health transformations" accurately projects our heartbeat and vision for HAPT™. With frustrations and trials within the fitness industry and the reality that most people could not afford high quality personal training; contrasted with an unwavering belief that the boot camp model cannot possibly serve the individual differences in client goals and health history, HAPT™ was conceived. The humble beginnings were tested in a residential garage after decades of combined experience by the founders Dustin Evans and Joey McDonald. Today, after countless changed lives coupled with floods of client testimonials and rave reviews, our passionate and experienced personal trainers and state of the art facilities are equipped and ready for you and your soon to be written success story.
